  • You can find Calm, Kind, and Firm in your SOS membership area of Teachable after your purchase.

  • You can cancel anytime. I completely understand seasons of needing support and seasons of not. If you don’t need SOS anymore, navigate to the Memberships & Subscriptions page in your Teachable account.

    Click Cancel Membership to cancel your membership at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • While your SOS membership means 2 group coaching calls a month, you may find that you need custom support.

    Private coaching with MVG is only available to SOS members. It costs $399 per session.
