Live coaching calls for parents of teens 11-18 scheduled bi-weekly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays in Pacific Standard Time. See below for the next 3 months of call dates.

Starting January 2026, registration is available to any parent or caregiver ready for support in raising a Spicy One ages 11-18. Before that, SOS is available only to MOSO graduates.

You're welcome to attend both Kids and Teens calls to see which feels like the best fit for your family's current challenges.

We create a confidential sharing environment where you can get support without compromising your teen's trust. You'll learn how to share what you need while protecting their valuable confidence.
